Bride & Groom Planner

vibrant and glowing

As we are winding down on our color series, this week’s pick is all about new beginnings. The color matching of a vibrant blue against a glamorous gold feels like a new start.  Shimmer right into your wedding festivities with these two juicy hues.

A brilliant blue color is perfect for a Cincinnati wedding. The top picture taken by Ron Shuller Photography is perfect example of why considering your surroundings can make a big difference when you choose colors for your wedding.

Taken from a photo shoot featured on stylemepretty.com (bottom left) an all white simple bouquet of flowers designed by Ford-Ellington Floral & Event Design, Ltd. stands nicely with such a bold color pick.

Speaking of a new start…..a completely white wedding cake with a simple motif is perfect for a spring wedding. The cake pictured in the bottom right is designed by Take the Cake. What a simple statement that tastes as good as it looks!

Keep in mind, the color trend of the moment may not be your best choice. Do not feel under pressure to follow the “it” color. Try to stick with two or three main colors and stay consistent with your colors throughout the wedding.

Special thanks to all the Greater Cincinnati wedding vendors featured in this post and other images provided by….
